Surrounded by lush greenery on all sides, the home opens up to landscaped pockets, decks, and courtyards that bring natural light, ventilation, and a serene ambience into the interiors.

The design embraces a warm, ethnic aesthetic through the thoughtful use of traditional elements. Athangudi tile inlays enrich custom-crafted furniture pieces, while brick cladding and natural woodwork add texture and cultural depth to the spaces. These details come together to create interiors that feel rooted, characterful, and timeless.

Spatial planning prioritizes openness and visual continuity, allowing each room to enjoy views of the surrounding green pockets. Large windows, wooden frames, and indoor-outdoor transitions enhance the sense of calmness typical of tropical homes.

The exterior is kept simple and minimal, reflecting the understated elegance of Kerala’s traditional architectural vocabulary. The sloping roof form not only pays homage to regional heritage but also supports practical climatic performance—cooling the interiors and providing protection from the monsoon.
